RETURNS AND REFUNDS
The return process in allowed cases is simple: contact our support number and we will guide and assist you step by step. Once you have explained the return procedure, you will need to contact the courier to schedule the pickup of the goods you are returning.
You must return the product in its original packaging with a courier of your choice. The return shipping and import duties in Italy (if any) will be borne by you, the customer.
Once the products have been returned to the seller, and upon confirmation of the status of the same, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5 business days.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro) and PayPal.
Bank transfer is available. Our prices are quoted in EUR and USD. Please note that any reference to dollars refers to US dollars.
Once you have completed your order, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your order. You can always find a summary of your order history in the Account section of the site.
