The following General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the offer and sale of products on our website ("store.metrotime.it"). Please read them carefully before ordering any products: by placing an order, the user accepts all the following terms and conditions.

Warranties and product price indication
1.1 The essential characteristics of the products are presented within each product sheet. The products offered for sale may not exactly correspond to the color images due to the internet browser and monitor used, and thus may differ slightly from the photo.
1.2 Verify the final sale price before submitting the relevant order form.
1.3 All Products sold by store.metrotime.it will be delivered in their original packaging.
If a product has presumed manufacturing defects or conformity defects, it is necessary to immediately contact our Customer Service via email: info@metrotime.it
1.4 The sale of products by the Seller is subject to the legal warranties provided by the Consumer Code.
1.5 In the event that repair or replacement of the product for a conformity defect is requested, the shipping costs for returning the product to be repaired or replaced are borne by the Seller, as well as any costs related to the delivery to the user of the repaired or replacement product.
Shipping and delivery of products
2.1 The products purchased will be delivered to the address indicated by you in the order.
2.2 In case of payment by bank transfer, deliveries will be sent once the transfer has been received in available funds by the Seller.
2.3 The Seller will invoice the purchased products by paper document, email, or mail, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. The invoice will be based on the information provided by the customer at the time of the order. No changes to the invoice are possible after the invoice has been issued.
2.4 Delivery charges are at your expense and are indicated in the order form and invoice.
2.5 Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to import duties, disclosed in the order note. If not disclosed, they will be paid directly to the carrier upon delivery.
2.6 At the time of delivery of the purchased products by the Courier, you (or an authorized person) are required to verify:
(i) that the number of items in delivery corresponds to that indicated on the delivery note; and
(ii) that the packaging and its seals are intact, not damaged, not wet, or altered in any way.
2.7 Any damage to the packaging and/or product, or discrepancies in the number of items or documentation, must be immediately reported in writing on the Courier’s delivery note. Once the Courier's document has been signed and no dispute has been raised by you, you cannot raise any dispute about the external characteristics of the delivered package.

Consumer rights and cooling-off period, returns, and refunds
4.1 If you are a Consumer, you can withdraw from the contract with the Seller in relation to products purchased on store.metrotime.it, without any penalty and without specifying the reason, by communicating in writing to the Seller within fourteen (14) calendar days, starting from the day you received the products. In this case, you will receive a refund of the price of the products.
4.2 You must return the products to the Seller within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date you communicated to the Seller the cancellation, in the same conditions in which you received them and at your expense. You have the legal obligation to take reasonable care of the products while they are in your possession.
4.3 To return the products:
- they must not have been used or damaged;
- they must be returned in their original packaging, which is an integral part of the products;
- they must be returned to the Seller within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date you communicated your decision to cancel.
Applicable law and competent jurisdiction
5.1 These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by Italian law and in particular by Legislative Decree no. 206 of 6 September 2005 on distance contracts (Consumer Code) - in particular "Chapter I, Title III of Part III - and by Legislative Decree no. 70 of 9 April 2003 on certain aspects relating to e-commerce.
Changes and updates
The General Terms and Conditions of Sale may be amended from time to time due to new laws and regulations or for other reasons. The new General Terms and Conditions of Sale will be effective from the date of publication on store.metrotime.it and will therefore apply to orders transmitted after that date.
